It is the message experience that a transformation process cannot be successful without an independent Quality Assurance (QA) strategy.

Quality Assurance is the activity of providing evidence needed to establish confidence among all concerned, that quality-related activities are being performed effectively.

For all activities, results and products, quality assurance is a consistent part of quality management. It provides fact-based external confidence to customers and other stakeholders that a product meets expectations, and other requirements. QA assures in advance the existence and effectiveness of procedures that attempt to make sure that the specified levels of quality will be achieved.

QA covers all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing to documentation. This includes the quality of processes, plans, documents and test methods, from the beginning of a transformation program until its realization.
